The ‘Hub télécom’ website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is the exclusive property of Hub télécom. Information appearing on the Site is not contractually binding and Hub télécom reserves the right to delete, modify or correct the Site’s content and these conditions for its use at any time.

In accordance with current legislation, Hub télécom has registered a declaration with CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et libertés - national commission for computers and the freedom of information) in respect of the collection and processing of data of a personal nature on the Hub télécom web site, the URL of which is: www.hubtelecom.com.
2.1 The collection and processing of data
Site users are able to subscribe to Hub télécom’s news magazine. Information gathered in this connection enables Hub télécom to address said magazine to subscribers. Personal data collected are intended for the exclusive use of Hub télécom.
2.2 The right of access, rectification and deletion
In accordance with article 34 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, data files and the freedom of information, Site users have a right of access, rectification and/or deletion of data concerning them. Hub télécom declines any liability for difficulties encountered when accessing the site or for any communications failure.
