Certification ISO 9001 Hub télécom

On 22 July 2008, Hub télécom obtained ISO 9001 certification for their entire operation, following an initial AFAQ/AFNOR audit.

The ISO 9001 standard, is the result of a series of ISO 9000 standards relating to quality management, a reference for the organisational requirements required for the introduction of a Quality Management System.

Through this quality approach, initiated in 2006, Hub télécom have demonstrated their ability to supply products and services meeting both customer and regulatory requirements.

This certification also demonstrates Hub télécom’s desire:

  • to optimise their processes
  • to optimise their operational efficiency
  • to improve customer satisfaction.

Oriented towards collective performance, Hub télécom’s Quality Management System therefore makes the client the focus for all the company’s staff.

The three pillars of our quality policy:

  • guaranteeing clients permanent access to information for following up on their order or the processing of their requests,
  • controlling the quality and delivery time of installations,
  • putting forward innovative solutions.

With this certification Hub télécom confirm their strong commitment to quality of service and technical excellence.

Monitoring audit

ISO 9001 certification is not a short-term commitment but one that binds the company in the longer term. Therefore, in June 2009, Hub télécom is will undergo a monitoring audit, in order to demonstrate their capacity to continue improving the quality of their service.

Following this audit, it is our ambition to become certified to the 2008 version of ISO 9001.
