On 22 July 2008, Hub télécom obtained ISO 9001 certification for their entire operation, following an initial AFAQ/AFNOR audit.
The ISO 9001 standard, is the result of a series of ISO 9000 standards relating to quality management, a reference for the organisational requirements required for the introduction of a Quality Management System.
Through this quality approach, initiated in 2006, Hub télécom have demonstrated their ability to supply products and services meeting both customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 9001 certification is not a short-term commitment but one that binds the company in the longer term. Therefore, in June 2009, Hub télécom is will undergo a monitoring audit, in order to demonstrate their capacity to continue improving the quality of their service.
Following this audit, it is our ambition to become certified to the 2008 version of ISO 9001.
