Buy your connection time using a pre-paid card, or purchase it on-line by credit card or through your mobile phone service.




Pre-paid cards

You can connect to the Internet from an Hub télécom Wi-Fi® Excellence Zone using a dedicated pre-paid card.

Cards are on sale in every Hub télécom Excellence Zone, and you will find them:
• in Relay stores in airport concourses
• at the Reception desk/Concierge's desk in hotels where we operate hotspots
• at the Reception desk/Ticket booths at Congress Centers and Exhibition Halls.


There are four types of Hub télécom Wi-Fi® card available: 30, 60, 120 minute and 24 hour sessions.

For 30, 60 and 120 minute sessions, the connection time can be split over a period of seven days starting from the client's first connection; the 24 hour session, however, does not allow splitting and automatically expires 24 hours after authentication on the Hub télécom Wi-Fi® network.

Every minute that is used is debited from the call credit available on the purchased card.


Charges applied:
30 minute card: 6 euros
60 minute card: 10 euros
120 minute card: 15 euros
24 hour card: 30 euros


These cards provide you with a login and password to allow you to connect to the Internet.


Payment on-line by credit card

You can connect to the Internet from an Hub télécom Wi-Fi® Excellence Zone using your credit card.To do so, simply turn on your Wi-Fi® PC or PDA in an Excellence Zone. You will see the Wi-Fi® portal home page appear; simply follow the links to on-line payment.

On-line payment security is ensured by the Mercanet® service operated by BNP Paribas.




Interoperability agreements with your mobile telecom carrier

Thanks to our roaming agreements with leading mobile operators in France and international Internet Service Providers, you can now access Internet, send and receive e-mails, and access your corporate Intranet using your GSM or Internet subscription. The airtime used is directly added to your mobile telephone bill or your ISP bill. The usage rates depends on your operator.



Wi-Fi Passport

Based on Wi-Fi technology, Wi-Fi Passport is a one-year subscription allowing you to enjoy permanent, unlimited, wireless broadband Internet access at all of our hotspots.


Charges applied:
- € 90 (inclusive of all taxes) for the Discover Passport offer (no contract period)
- € 60 (inclusive of all taxes) for the Passport offer (with a six month contract period)
