1. Intellectual property

The full or partial reproduction and/or representation and/or distribution of the Site or one of its constituent elements is prohibited without prior consent from Hub télécom and shall constitute an infringement sanctioned by Article L 335-2 and onwards, in accordance with intellectual property law.

Violation of the aforesaid restriction shall constitute an offence susceptible to engage the civil and criminal liability of the counterfeiter. Hub télécom domain names and brand names are its exclusive property. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce and/or use any domain names, brand names, or logos, separately or combined, in any way whatsoever.

Hypertext links to the Site may only be created with the prior authorization from Hub télécom. Any reproduction and/or use of said domain names, brands, logos, be they alone or associated, in any form or manner whatsoever, is prohibited. Hypertext links to the Site may only be created with prior consent from Hub télécom.


2. Protection of personal information

In accordance with current legislation, Hub télécom has filed a declaration with the French National Commission for Data Processing and Civil Liberties (CNIL) for the collection and processing of personal information received via the Hub télécom website, the URL of which is as follows: www.adp-telecom.com (or www.adptelecom.com, or www.adp-telecom.fr).

2.1 Data collection and processing

Users of the Site have the option of subscribing to the Hub télécom newsletter. Information obtained during the subscription process will enable Hub télécom to send said newsletter to subscribers. The personal information collected is intended for the exclusive use of Hub télécom.

2.2 Right to access, amend, and delete
