 Conference centers

>> Le Bourget Exhibition Center      

Le Bourget Exhibition Center, located inside the airport, is one of the major exhibition centers in the Paris area. Hub télécom supplies all of the telecom services required for the smooth running of events.

Le Bourget Exhibition Center hosts between 30 and 50 events every year, most notably the International Air and Space Show, the world's leading aeronautical event, which takes place every two years.

The organizational and logistics skills required in setting up this type of event are vast. To meet all requirements, Hub télécom compiles a list of exhibitors' needs and works with its partners to create a project team, which monitors the show's timeline and ensures that all services are provided on time. Naturally, this means that we must be able to respond to last-minute requirements: responsiveness is vital for this type of event.

Each deployed team adapts to the specific schedule of each show and covers an extremely wide range of time slots.

The services we supply aim to satisfy every type of requirement and Hub télécom has the necessary experience to design tailor-made services. This may involve setting up a dedicated PABX for an exhibitor, specific programming (to offer speed-dial services, telephone conferencing, call screening, and so on), deploying a private telephone switchboard, and providing unlisted speeds.

In supplying all of these services, Hub télécom relies on its dual expertise as both telecom network installer and site operator. This expertise allows us to speed up the deployment of telecom solutions and adapt these to specific areas of the site.

The Paris Palais des Congrès has chosen Hub télécom to install and operate its public Wi-Fi network. This contract is a landmark in the French Wi-Fi market, as it is the first major contract in France to be awarded to an operator since the deregulation of frequencies allotted to Wi-Fi.

The Palais des Congrès has commissioned Hub télécom because its synergies with the Aéroports de Paris group will enable its customers to enjoy the same service at both sites during their trips to Paris.

 

>> Paris Expo Porte de Versailles      

Paris Expo has commissioned Hub télécom to provide all of its telecoms services at its main site: The Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. Hub télécom operates all voice and data services (fixed and mobile telephones, Wi-Fi, broadband Internet) for exhibition and convention organizers, exhibitors, and visitors
